The Olympic Training Center Rhine-Neckar Metropolitan Region (OSP) offers a wide range of counseling and support services for top Olympic athletes regarding physical and psychological performance factors, with a focus on the compatibility of competitive sports and school/university/professional careers.
For Olympic national squad athletes studying at the universities of Mannheim and Heidelberg, the benefits of
Elite Sports Scholarship RNMR and OSP are integrated at all levels,
from brief coordination in day-to-day business to the OSP's seat on the scholarship's awarding committee. The combination of the Elite Sports Scholarship, the OSP and its regional top sports support "Team Tokyo MRN" and "Team Paris MRN" offers a unique support and advice network to ensure that athletes can make the most of their sporting and academic/professional potential.
